We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up about your project. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Who has access to your data

Your data is accessed by authorised WallX staff who handle sales enquiries. To deliver form submissions to our inbox, we use Web3Forms (a third-party form processing service). Web3Forms may process the data outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards in line with its own privacy terms. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable follow-up period (typically up to 24 months from your last contact with us), unless a longer period is required by law (for example tax or accounting obligations).
